2. Refund / Cancellation Policy
“How to Get More Clients” Marketing Telecourse Training Programme
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for a refund in full against the credit card used for payment. If you have a Marketing Strategy Session included and you receive this within 14 days of payment, no refund is payable.
Events including VIP Days, Masterclasses and Workshops
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund in full against the credit card used for payment before the event. After 7 days, should you be unable to attend the VIP day, Masterclass or workshop booked for any reason, no refund will be made. However, you may transfer your place to another person if you wish. You may change the date of the VIP day provided you give at least 14 days notice. If you attend the event within 7 days of payment, no refund is payable.
We reserve the right to change the dates, venue, speaker, or hours and may do so on reasonable notice to you in writing. We will not be liable to you for any costs you may have incurred in anticipation of your attendance nor be liable to pay a refund or compensation.
If, for any reason, we deem it necessary to cancel an event, your payment will be refunded in full. This will be your sole remedy and we will not be liable to you for any costs you may have incurred in anticipation of your attendance nor be liable to pay any further refund or compensation.
Failure to Attend
If you fail to attend an event in which you have enrolled – you forfeit the cost of your enrolment and no refund will be made.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund in full against the credit card used for payment. The programme shall be taken in its entirety during the initial stipulated term of 6 or 12 months. If you fail to use all your agreed sessions and contact time, these cannot be stored and ‘carried over’ into subsequent periods. We have made every effort to accurately represent the programme and its potential benefits. Results can and do vary, therefore we make no guarantees. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including but not limited to, his or her background, motivation, starting point in their business and desire.

The timing of the delivery of bespoke services is at a mutually suitable time as agreed with you, the client.
